How do I record?
Tap the big red button in InnerAudio, then Start Broadcast. iOS counts down 3 seconds — switch to the app you want to record during the countdown. Stop from the red indicator at the top of the screen, or back in InnerAudio. The in-app guide (the ? button) shows every step with pictures.
Why is my music or movie app silent in recordings?
Streaming apps with copy protection (music and movie services) are muted by iOS itself in every recorder — that’s Apple’s rule, not a bug. YouTube, games, voice apps, podcasts and websites record fine.
Why does iOS say “Screen Broadcast”?
That’s Apple’s standard wording for all broadcast-based apps. InnerAudio keeps only the sound — video is thrown away instantly and never stored, and the microphone is never used.
Recording went to Photos instead of InnerAudio?
The Control Center record button remembers one app at a time. Press and hold the ◉ button in Control Center, choose InnerAudio so it gets the checkmark, and keep the microphone off. From then on, one tap records to InnerAudio.
Why does stopping take a few seconds?
iOS takes about six seconds to wind down a broadcast — that’s the system, not the app. Your recording still ends at the moment you tapped stop, and you get a notification when it’s saved.
Where are my recordings? Are they uploaded anywhere?
Everything stays on your iPhone — recordings, transcripts, notes and photos. There are no accounts and no cloud. See the privacy policy. Deleted recordings wait 30 days in Settings → Recently deleted.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → InnerAudio → Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
We usually answer within a day or two. You can also report a problem straight from the app: Settings → Report a problem.
