InnerAudio is built on one idea: what you record is yours. The app has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no servers of ours.
What we collect
Nothing. We — the developer of InnerAudio — do not collect, store, receive, or have any access to your recordings, transcripts, notes, photos, or any personal data. There is nothing to sell, leak, or hand over.
Where your data lives
Recordings, transcripts, notes, attached photos, statistics, and settings are stored only on your iPhone (and in your own device backups, if you use iCloud or computer backups). They leave your iPhone only when you yourself share or export them.
Microphone
InnerAudio never uses the microphone. It records the audio your iPhone plays internally, through Apple’s screen-broadcast system. Video frames are discarded immediately and never stored.
Transcription and AI features
- Transcripts are created with Apple’s speech recognition. For supported languages this happens entirely on your iPhone. If on-device recognition is unavailable for a language, Apple may process the audio on Apple’s servers under Apple’s privacy policy; the app prefers on-device whenever possible.
- Smart summaries and “Ask your recordings” run on-device with Apple Intelligence, on iPhones that support it. Nothing is sent to us or to third parties.
Notifications
The “recording saved” notification is generated locally on your iPhone. We cannot send you notifications.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see your payment details. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
Diagnostics
If you have opted in to sharing analytics with app developers in iOS settings, Apple provides us aggregated, anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. These contain no recordings and no personal identifiers, and the setting is controlled entirely by you in iOS.
Children
InnerAudio is a general-audience app and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
Your rights (GDPR)
Because we process no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete — your data is in your hands on your device. If you have any privacy question, contact us and we will answer.

Var din data finns
Inspelningar, transkript, anteckningar, bilder, statistik och inställningar lagras bara på din iPhone (och i dina egna säkerhetskopior). De lämnar din iPhone endast när du själv delar eller exporterar dem.
Mikrofonen
InnerAudio använder aldrig mikrofonen. Appen spelar in ljudet som din iPhone spelar internt, via Apples system för skärmsändning. Video kastas direkt och sparas aldrig.
Transkribering och AI
- Transkript skapas med Apples taligenkänning. För språk som stöds sker det helt på din iPhone. Om igenkänning på enheten inte är tillgänglig för ett språk kan Apple behandla ljudet på Apples servrar enligt Apples integritetspolicy.
- Smarta sammanfattningar och “Fråga dina inspelningar” körs på enheten med Apple Intelligence, på iPhones som stöder det. Inget skickas till oss eller tredje part.
Köp
Prenumerationer och köp hanteras av Apple via ditt Apple-konto. Vi ser aldrig dina betalningsuppgifter.
